If you request that your PII be changed or deleted from our databases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your PII from our database. In section entitled “Retention and storage”, however, we provide some reasons why we may still retain some of your personal information.

Retention & storage
PII and automatically collected information may be retained in our databases but will be deleted if they are no longer needed for analysation or other purposes, or if you have put in a request to remove said information. Please note that all information may be retained longer if required by law.

If any part of this Privacy Statement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.
